Your Responsibilities:

• You will regularly develop, plan, produce, and publish creative content for our social media channels—Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• You’ll handle the entire production process independently: from the initial idea through concept development, filming, and editing to the finished post.
• You’ll develop your own content ideas and recurring formats centered on real estate, our day-to-day work as real estate agents, our team, and the Cologne real estate market.
• You’ll pick up on current social media trends and adapt them creatively and appropriately to the real estate industry and our brand.
• You’ll produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, interviews, short informational videos, and other platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• You’ll document real estate listings, showings, events, special properties, and daily life at our offices with your camera.
• You’ll ensure regular, varied, and professional content is posted to our social media channels.
• You adapt content to suit each platform, taking into account different formats, target audiences, and user habits.
• You work independently and take ownership of your tasks, coordinating topics, formats, and larger productions directly with branch management.
• You’ll also encourage our branch management and our real estate agents to regularly appear on camera.
• You’ll ensure that our content is not only professional but also engaging, entertaining, informative, and occasionally humorous or playful.
• You monitor the development of our channels, identify successful formats, and continuously enhance our social media presence.

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have some professional experience in social media, content creation, marketing, media design, or a comparable field.
• You have a keen sense for social media trends and know what content works on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• You can independently shoot, edit, and trim videos and photos and prepare them for the respective platform.
• You are proficient in using programs such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar applications.
• You have a good sense of storytelling, visual language, music, timing, and attention-grabbing social media formats.
• You are creative, communicative, and enjoy contributing your own ideas rather than working exclusively according to fixed guidelines.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are reliable and responsible.
• You feel comfortable behind the camera and, ideally, have no problem appearing on camera yourself from time to time.
• You enjoy inspiring your colleagues with new content ideas and video formats.
• You have a good sense of when content can be humorous and lighthearted and when a serious and high-quality presentation is called for.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills.
