Your tasks

• Contacting interested parties by telephone, owners and investors

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Consulting and supporting our customers in personal discussions

• Support in the marketing and presentation of properties

• Involvement in sales campaigns and marketing measures

• Distribution of marketing materials (mailings, flyers etc.) in the regional environment

• Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile

• Enjoy making phone calls and speaking directly to customers

• Very good manners, well-groomed appearance and pronounced empathy

• Convincing, appreciative communication skills

• Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure for field service and distribution activities

• Organizational talent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
