What we expect:

• You will support the office management with all administrative tasks
• Date coordination and calendar management
• Answering, forwarding and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, clients and colleagues
• Involvement in projects as well as monitoring the time schedule
• Preparation and planning of webinars, meetings and client appointments

• You will support the office management as well as the real estate agents in all matters and be responsible for active cooperation and support in day-to-day business.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, prepare customer appointments and manage the meeting rooms.
• You will be responsible for the correct data entry and rapid processing and forwarding of data.
• You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and standardized specifications.
