Team Assistant (m/f/d) in Hamburg-Walddörfer

Your Responsibilities:

• You will support the office management and real estate agents in all matters and be responsible for actively participating in and supporting
  day-to-day operations
• You will handle administrative tasks in various areas, prepare client appointments, and manage the meeting rooms
• You will be responsible for accurate data entry, prompt processing, and forwarding of data
• You will carry out tasks and work according to defined and standardized guidelines
• Developing collaboration concepts for the company’s in-house magazine, newspapers, and other online and offline platforms
• Acquiring new industry-related collaboration partners and introducing them to the existing structures at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN
• Integrating and managing existing and new partners within the collaboration processes
• Supporting existing collaboration partners and developing joint activities
• Fostering long-term partner loyalty to the company
• Proactively approaching potential collaboration partners, and leveraging cross-selling potential
• Providing strategic advice and actively supporting the successful implementation of the partnership
• Creating an inspiring vision and developing the communication strategy and concept across all relevant communication
  channels (Facebook, XING, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including community management, continuous monitoring, and optimization
• Identifying lifestyle-relevant topics to support and further develop the visibility of professional services online
• Analyzing and optimizing communication, evaluation of the selected measures, and preparation of meaningful reports
• Ensuring the public image and visibility of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN corporate brand in the relevant target media and channels

Your Profile:

• You have completed a business apprenticeship and will handle the standard office tasks of a real estate agent
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in a comparable position
• You are a team player, reliable, and flexible, and you have a confident and self-assured demeanor
• You are experienced, motivated, and dedicated, and you maintain a clear overview and your friendly nature even in stressful situations
• You handle your tasks with the same conscientiousness and reliability as you do with structure and organization
• You are proficient in using the MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• You are confident in using social media and other online platforms; and basic knowledge of marketing is a plus
• You communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing and know how to prepare compelling presentations
