Festival of Lights 2026

Dear Customers,

The Festival of Lights is a small local event where approximately 25 businesses and shops on Papenhuder Straße are open outside their regular hours to chat about services and other topics in a private and relaxed setting. 

We cordially invite you to visit our office. We’ll have hot and cold beverages and beautifully lit spaces, and if you’d like, we can discuss your real estate matters over a drink. We’ll just let the evening unfold and look forward to your visit on November 21, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Of course, no registration is required.

Of course, appointments are also possible on weekends and before or after regular opening hours after consultation with your contact person.


Are the real estate agents at von Poll tested and qualified?

Generally, all brokers in our store are tested and thus also qualified. Whether experienced brokers or career changers - everyone must complete a three-week classroom training and conclude with an official IHK - examination. Thus we want to keep the high standard at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN high. Furthermore, all brokers must of course comply with the regularly prescribed further training obligations.
