Your responsibilities:

• You handle initial contact with prospective clients—confidently, pleasantly, and professionally
• You send property listings and documents digitally and ensure no one has to wait
• You keep property owners informed (clearly, honestly, professionally)
• You follow up, stay on top of things, and never let an opportunity slip by
• You work with reminders and follow-ups instead of hoping for luck
• You maintain data in the CRM and ensure structure in day-to-day operations
