Your tasks:

• You act as a Digital Real Estate Agent (f/m/d) and offer a high-quality as well as immediately available first contact consultation
• You mainly advise real estate owners on general questions around the sales process, starting with the property valuation up to the sale
• As a "Digital Real Estate Agent (f/m/d)" you lead the initial consultation of our customers by phone, Video and screen transmission or also gladly by email
• After successful initial consultation you coordinate a smooth transfer of the customer contact to the personal broker on site and support here with the appointment finding
• Even after customer transfer you accompany the sales process until the end
• You ensure, that our customers feel optimally served and cared for throughout the entire process
• At all times you are supported in all advisory and administrative tasks by our Digital team and our sales coaches with many years of experience
• You use modern technologies, innovative software solutions and tools, to ensure an exceptional professional and comprehensive virtual consulting and by means of this to inspire our customers
• You form an interface between the Digital team, the customers and regional sales locations
• You maintain all important data in the company's internal CRM system, as you are aware of the added value of up-to-date and comprehensive customer data
• Representation of the company on public marketing campaigns

Your profile:

• For this challenging position, you will bring a degree, a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with
• Relevant experience in customer service and a high affinity for the real estate industry
• You have ideally already gained experience as a real estate agent or have successfully completed training as a Immobilienkaufmann (m/f/d)
• Based on your many years of experience in real estate sales, you are able to provide expert and professional answers to the most important questions regarding real estate sales and purchases on an ad hoc basis
