Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of real estate.
• A permanent position with lucrative earning potential.
• Use of a pool car and performance-based allocation of your own company car – with the option of private use.
• You will evaluate real estate, prepare informative presentations, develop optimal marketing strategies, and conduct viewings.
• You will advise and support your customers from initial contact to after-sales service.
• You will be responsible for the correct maintenance of the network and database.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in sales, ideally in the real estate sector, have a good regional network, and possess strong market knowledge.
• You have exceptional sales talent with strong acquisition skills, perseverance, and determination.
• In good to very good residential and commercial locations, you not only know the street names, but also have contacts with owners.
• You are characterized by both an independent and team-oriented approach to work and have a high degree of assertiveness.
• You have very good communication skills combined with a sophisticated, cultured, and confident manner.
• You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy providing professional advice to owners and interested parties.
