Property Manager (m/f/d) in Erfurt – Full-time / Part-time

Here are your responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of our residential and commercial properties – organizationally, commercially, and in communication with owners and tenants
• Coordinating service providers and providing support with maintenance and damage issues
• Preparing financial statements and assisting with financial planning
• Maintaining an overview of cash flows, invoices, and deadlines
• Maintaining processes and data in our property management software
• Organizing owners’ meetings and implementing resolutions
• Communicating with all stakeholders—by phone, in writing, and in person

What you bring to the table:

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d), a successfully completed degree with a focus on real estate management, or a comparable qualification (Certified Real Estate Specialist m/f/d, Certified Property Manager m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and a customer-oriented mindset
• A structured, independent work style and organizational skills
• Proficiency with common Office programs – Experience with property management software is a plus (ideally Impower & iDWELL)
• Interest in taking on responsibility and further developing both professionally and personally
