How did you come to join VON POLL IMMOBILIEN?

Where does your fascination with real estate come from?
My fascination with real estate developed early on through my family background and direct involvement with real estate projects. This allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how value is created, preserved, and strategically developed.
For me, real estate is far more than just properties or investments—it combines economic thinking with a focus on people and their living spaces. It is precisely the combination of strategy, development, and the human dimension that makes the industry particularly exciting to me.
No two projects or clients are alike—it is exactly this variety and dynamism that continue to motivate me in my daily work.

What are your goals?
As a branch manager, my goal is to support people competently, honestly, and with dedication, and to stand by them as a reliable point of contact. My branch stands for quality, reliability, and collaboration on an equal footing.
My focus is on building and continuously developing a high-performing team. Together, we strengthen our market presence in the Eisenach, Wartburgkreis, Hörselberg-Hainich, and Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis regions and develop it sustainably.

About yourself – please introduce yourself briefly:
Born and raised in central Germany near the Thuringian Forest, I am characterized by down-to-earthness, discipline, and a strong work ethic. My time in the German Armed Forces was a formative period. As a tank grenadier, I learned to act in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner, even under pressure.
My training as a real estate agent and real estate broker (IHK) forms the foundation of my entrepreneurial approach. I have been active in the real estate industry for over nine years and possess extensive knowledge in the areas of real estate sales, management, urban development, and project development. In this role, I work closely with property owners, investors, cities, and business partners, guiding projects with a clear focus on sustainable development, economic efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Discipline also plays a central role in my personal life. Daily exercise, such as strength and endurance training as well as mountain running, is an integral part of my lifestyle and strengthens my physical and mental performance.
I work in a goal-oriented, self-reliant, and highly motivated manner and look forward to actively contributing to success.
