Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in college, ideally in business, real estate, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Interest in real estate, sales, and networking
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting with new customer acquisition initiatives
• Researching potential property owners, investors, and partners
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships and local networks
• Preparing and following up on acquisition campaigns
• Supporting events, marketing, and sales campaigns
• Maintaining contacts and databases
• Supporting the team in day-to-day operations
