Sales Representative (m/f/d) Internal Sales & Field Service

for the region of Upper Franconia

We are looking for a committed person to join our sales team who is passionate about customer contact on the phone, confident in the field and can also get stuck in - e.g. when distributing mailings. e.g. in the distribution of mailings.

Your tasks

  • Telephone contact with interested parties, owners and investors

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Consulting and supporting our customers in personal discussions

  • Support in the marketing and presentation of properties

  • Involvement in sales campaigns and marketing measures

  • Distribution of marketing materials (mailings, flyers etc.) in the regional environment

  • Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system

Your profile

  • Enjoy telephoning and addressing customers directly

  • Very good manners, well-groomed appearance and pronounced empathy

  • Convincing, appreciative communication skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure for field service and distribution activities

  • Organizational talent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team

  • First experience in sales or customer service desirable, Career changers welcome
