Assistant (m/f/d) to the branch manager in Bayreuth

• You will support the office management in all administrative tasks
• Appointment coordination and calendar management
• Responding to, forwarding and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractors, brokers, clients and colleagues
• Contributing to projects as well as monitoring the time schedule
• Preparing and scheduling webinars, meetings and client appointments

• You take over the administrative work in various areas, prepare customer appointments and manage the meeting rooms.
• You are responsible for the correct data collection and speedy processing and forwarding of data.
