Description

The “Cloître Saint-François” project involves the restoration and renovation of the former Saint-François Clinic into UNESCO-listed luxury apartments. Thanks to the building's architectural quality and the renovations being completed by various companies, this building has a strong visual identity, making it one of Luxembourg's most unique buildings. Its southern exposure allows residents to stand on the balcony, often called “Europe's Most Beautiful Balcony,” and enjoy breathtaking views of Luxembourg's old town. With over 8,000 m² of living space, the project offers flexibility, both horizontally and vertically, to adapt to the needs and personalization of future residents. The plans are for informational purposes only and will be reviewed and customized by the architects in consultation with the clients.
