As a doctor of business administration, Dr. Lotzkat has been the owner of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN office in Dinklage since September 2015 and from there is responsible for the district of Vechta and the Artland.
As a certified freelance expert for real estate valuation (PersCert ®), she is not only the contact person for the sale and rental, but also for the professional value assessment of real estate. In private, Dr. Lotzkat lives with her family in Dinklage and loves long walks through the Burgwald together with her dog.

This kind of passion to houses and their owners was Birgit Moormann early in the cradle. Her brother founded a family-run construction company almost 30 years ago and her father was a bricklayer of the old school. He rarely put the cement trowel down. The subject of real estate has accompanied and inspired Birgit Moormann all her life - an enthusiasm that she brings to the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Vechta team with great pleasure, where she acts as a contact person, especially for the southern district of Vechta and for the regions of Rieste, Bersenbrück, Ankum and Nortrup. In her private life, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Jannik Münchow
After graduating from Lohne High School in 2021, Jannik Münchow decided to train as a real estate agent (IHK) at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Dinklage. The topic of real estate has fascinated him since childhood, so for a long time it was clear to him that he would like to work in the field of real estate with a focus on real estate brokerage. He has now found this opportunity ideal at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN and joins the team with great enthusiasm.
