- Managing partner of the company VON POLL FINANCE, which develops for customers tailored financing and insurance solutions around the property and bspw. for example, for an independent best interest rate test accesses the conditions of over 400 lenders.
As a doctor of business administration, Dr. Lotzkat has been the owner of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN office in Dinklage since September 2015 and from there is responsible for the district of Vechta and the Artland.
As a certified freelance expert for real estate valuation (PersCert ®), she is not only the contact person for the sale and rental, but also for the professional value assessment of real estate. As an expert for the local real estate market, Dr. Lotzkat is also a member of the expert committee of the regional directorate Oldenburg-Cloppenburg since 01.07.2019.
In private, Dr. Lotzkat lives with her family in Dinklage and loves long walks through the Burgwald together with her dog.
