Carola Körfer
After graduating from high school and training as a state-certified European secretary (English, French, Spanish), Ms. Carola Körfer first worked for five years in various areas, primarily in sales, at Daimler AG in Stuttgart. She then moved to SAP SI AG in Ratingen, Germany, in the area of banking and insurance.
In 2006, she moved to Switzerland and has remained loyal to Lucerne ever since. After completing a bachelor's degree in "Business and Management," she decided to work in the real estate industry, where she can contribute both her ties to her adopted country and her enjoyment of working with people. Since January 2019, she has been working for VON POLL REAL ESTATE Lucerne & Zug as a real estate consultant, or managing director.

Esther Schnider
Esther Schnider graduated from HVL in Lucerne, after which her path led her to the banks, where she worked for Crédit Suisse in various departments and branches for over 14 years. In 2002, she trained as a pension consultant at Swiss Life in Zug, where she was already looking for an overall solution and their interests for various clients when buying real estate.
Before joining VON POLL REAL ESTATE Lucerne & Zug as a real estate consultant in 2018, she worked for another leading international brokerage house. Her strength lies in the overall support of her clients. She acts very discreetly throughout the entire process of a real estate purchase or sale.
