As office manager, I take care of all matters within the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN store. This includes, among other things, management, marketing, IT, accounting and personnel management. In addition, I am the link to our headquarters in Frankfurt, which is always at our side with competent employees, expertise and its training academy.
I particularly enjoy training and continuously developing our brokers and employees so that they can give the best for our customers every day together with us. The creative tasks in marketing and supporting clubs through sponsorship are also very close to my heart. IT and technology have always inspired me privately as well.
After training and management positions in catering and sales, I worked in management consulting. For over 25 years, I have dedicated myself to the sale of real estate with my husband, Wolfram Hundeshagen, initially in the Rhine-Main area and since 2016 in my home town of Bad Orb. Today, I see my task as continuing to build up our office and deliver outstanding real estate services in our area of the Main-Kinzig district and the eastern Wetterau district. Since October 2021, we have another point of contact for our customers in the eastern Wetterau district with our new store in Büdingen.

Passion for people and real estate. There are people who are one with what they do because they are simply following their calling. My calling is to open up success with real estate to others. With all the experience, commitment and current knowledge of the real estate industry, which I am also happy to pass on to our team of brokers.
Already since 1977 I have been active in the financial services industry, corporate and investment consulting. Since 1994 the real estate industry came in addition and there I was independent since 1998 as an estate agent with specialization in housing privatization in the Rhine Main area. With this extensive experience and expertise, including as an expert for real estate valuation (WertCert®), I opened a VON POLL IMMOBILIEN store in 2016 together with my wife, Gabriele Hundeshagen, at home in Bad Orb. Since October 2021, we have yet another point of contact for our customers in the eastern Wetterau district with our new store in Büdingen.
I regularly meet with other renowned brokers from all over Germany to exchange experiences. In addition, I attend training courses that update my consulting knowledge and always sharpen my understanding of the ideas and wishes of my customers.

Since 2019, I have been supporting the team of the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN office in Bad Orb. This includes both the market price assessment of properties and the support of owners as well as the accompaniment of suitable prospective buyers. For the buyer a new at home to find and later content salesmen and buyers happily with the notary sit to see is for me a challenge, which makes me joy.
My area is predominantly the health resort city bath Orb, Wächtersbach and the Jossgrund. I grew up in Bad Orb and have lived in Wächtersbach since 2008, which is why I know the area very well and am familiar with it or with the people here. Through my many years of professional experience as a team leader in retail, I have a good feel for people and their wishes.
With our customers, satisfaction is very important to me above all. You should always have the feeling to be in good hands and above all to be advised individually according to your needs.
In June 2021, I took over the office management in Bad Orb. I am the contact person for the brokers for all questions and thus relieve the office management Mrs. Hundeshagen in the day-to-day business.

I take care of all matters that make a brokerage office successful in the background. With the amount of inquiries, I check if really every customer was forwarded to the responsible broker and also contacted by him. I monitor all transactions to ensure that all contractual requirements have been met. In addition I examine before a real estate to the market goes the Exposé for correctness and whether all data for the real estate portals are correct.
Of course I am for the brokers also partner with organizational questions and provide as interface between inside and field service for harmonious operational sequences. It gives me great pleasure in our constantly growing team to see how we hand over more and more properties to happy, new owners.

Since September 2022, I have a training position as a real estate agent in the VON POLL office Bad Orb and since then I support the brokers in the back office. I am sure that I made the right decision in choosing this apprenticeship to give me a good basis for my future profession as a real estate agent. Every day anew, responsible, exciting and varied tasks await me here, which I enjoy mastering.
