You will work closely with the management, manage the office independently and be the first point of contact for our customers. No two days are the same - flexibility, vision and initiative are therefore required.

in Thalwil
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring smooth office operations (organization, purchasing, inventory)
- Reception and support of our demanding clientele (telephone & reception during business hours)
- Administrative and organizational support of the management
- Collaboration in event preparations, simple accounting topics and reporting
- Supervision of social media, website content and data maintenance
- Coordination of service providers as well as courier and errand services
- Preparation of coffee, small errands and a tidy reception - of course this is also part of the job
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training and at least. 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Enjoy a hands-on role in which you both think strategically and actively tackle
- High level of personal responsibility, structured way of working and organizational skills
- Excellent manners as well as a well-groomed and professional appearance
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Apple
- Own car and high flexibility regarding the distribution of tasks
