Assistant (m/f/d) to the branch manager in Hof/Saale

• You will support the office manager in all administrative tasks
• Appointment coordination and calendar management
• Answering, forwarding and coordinating all internal and external inquiries from contractual partners, brokers, customers and colleagues
• Involvement in projects as well as monitoring the time schedule
• Preparation and planning of webinars, meetings and customer appointments

• You will be responsible for administrative tasks in various areas, prepare customer appointments and manage the meeting rooms.
