Vastgoed in Bayreuth en omgeving
North east of Nuremberg lies the festival city in the midst of a majestic landscape between the forests of the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland. Bayreuth has acquired international renown because of the festivals which draw in a large audience to the Upper Franconian city each year. As a former margravial residence city, Bayreuth is adorned with numerous architectural sights. The Baroque style particularly shapes the city. A marvellous example of this is the Hermitage, an artfully laid out park grounds which each year become the setting for the Bayreuth Midsummer Night Festival. The magnificent Margravial Opera House was also built in the Baroque style and along with numerous exhibition venues, such as the Richard Wagner Museum or the Historic Museum of Bayreuth and other exhibition centres, makes the city a top class city of culture. Place is also given to sporting leisure activities: the golf course on a hill in the country offers excellent conditions for golf enthusiasts. Located near Nuremberg and Bamberg, the city also has outstanding location conditions for companies operating internationally and nationally.
