- You are an entrepreneurial personality and have strong leadership skills
- You coach and support incoming real estate agents in your team
- You have strong communication and acquisition skills
- You have excellent location knowledge and know not only the street names in good to very good residential locations, but also have contacts to owners
- You act quickly, efficiently, work independently as well as precisely and at the highest level
Your tasks:
- With an experienced partner you are responsible for the real estate shop
- You manage a joint office with a team of independent real estate agents
- You expand the team independently and individually
- You achieve regional market leadership with your shop
