Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the permanent availability and smooth functioning of the IT landscape.
  • Qualified support and problem analysis with troubleshooting during operations.
  • A broad spectrum of challenging projects relating to the IT landscape.
  • Documentation of your system changes and basic infrastructure are a matter of course for you.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, self-determination and co-decision-making opportunities.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d) or have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics.
  • You already have several years of practical experience in IT administration (2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting, Windows networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, virtualization with VMware vSphere, Sophos Firewalls, SQL, Exchange, VEEAM Backup).
  • Open-mindedness towards new technologies and the willingness to continuously improve the existing system landscape.
  • Committed and conceptual way of working paired with a high level of problem-solving competence.
  • You have a strong service and customer orientation as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility.
