Your tasks:

  • Independent conception and implementation of recruiting / active sourcing via the recruiting portals
  • Selection of recruiting platforms and recruiting channels
  • .channels
  • Conducting initial interviews with candidates
  • Pre-qualification of candidate profiles
  • Interface function to the specialist departments
  • Administrative tasks in recruiting / active sourcing
  • Independent handling of applicant management via the HR tool Personio
  • Maintenance of the job portals Stepstone and Indeed, as well as the internal career site
  • Creating position descriptions for the job advertisements and content for personnel marketing
  • Supporting the day-to-day business of the HR department

Your profile:

  • You have several years of professional experience in HR management and recruiting
  • In addition, you have acquired comprehensive knowledge of common HR and recruiting tools as well as current trends
  • Proven successful experience as a recruiter, HR generalist or in a comparable position
  • Practical experience in active sourcing
  • Deep understanding of processes and ability, to professionally optimize internal company processes
  • Relevant experience with HR and applicant management processes
  • Experience with modern employer branding measures is desirable
  • Experience in acting as an interface function within a larger company
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and/or the franchise business is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills in German
