Accountant / Balance Sheet Accountant (f/m/d) HGB with development opportunity Group Accounting
in Frankfurt am Main
Your tasks:
- As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting of vom Poll Immobilien GmbH
- You will be involved in the consolidation of all group companies and have the opportunity to assume responsibility for the entire group accounting
- You will account for and post current business transactions in the general and sub-ledgers
- In technical matters, you will support accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
- You will clarify/monitor G/L accounts, open items as well as balance sheet issues and ensure proper and correct accounting
- Together with the department manager, you will oversee the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in the SAGE financial accounting system, prepare evaluations and statistics, and be the contact person for our auditors
- You will support the team in the further development and maintenance of the accounting software and work on cross-group and cross-departmental projects
Your profile:
- You have a qualification as a balance sheet accountant (f/m/d) or a completed commercial training
- You bring several years of sound professional experience in financial accounting of a medium-sized or larger company as well as knowledge of the HGB
- You work goal-oriented, structured and independently. At the same time, you show a high degree of initiative and have a pronounced affinity for numbers
- You enjoy working with the relevant MS Office products (especially Excel and Word) and are confident in working with financial accounting systems (e.g. SAGE, LEXWARE, DATEV, LucaNet, MS-Navision)
- You are a team player, reliable, enthusiastic about finding solutions together and have strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
