YOUR TASKS:
You create invoices, order payments and monitor incoming and outgoing payments. In doing so, you keep an eye on open items and process dunning
You ensure the sustainable quality of the data in the financial accounting system DATEV
You check and process cash, credit card and travel expense statements
You are ready to work flexibly on various project work
This is how we introduce ourselves to our new employee:
You have a qualification as a balance sheet accountant or a completed commercial training
Preferably, you have several years of solid professional experience in financial accounting
You work goal-oriented and independently and show a high degree of initiative. At the same time, you have a strong affinity for numbers
You enjoy using the relevant MS Office products (especially Excel and Word) and are confident in using financial accounting systems (e.g. SAGE, LEXWARE, DATEV, LucaNet, Hamburger Software)
You are a team player, reliable, enthusiastic about finding solutions together and possess excellent communication skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
