Sales Assistant Luxury Real Estate (w/m/d) in Cannes

Responsibilities

Reporting to your team leader, your main tasks are:

• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
• Lead client correspondence
• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Register sales contracts.
• Collect relevant documentation from selling clients.

Profile

• You have a sense of service and customer satisfaction.
• You are outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are a self starter and show great flexibility.
• Ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Preferably trilingual.
• Accustomed to working with an international and discerning clientele.
• Knowledgable about real estate administration.
• Microsoft office suite.
