Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent (w/m/d) in Cannes

Responsibilities

Reporting to your team leader, your main tasks are:

• Prospect your exclusive sector to list new properties for sale.
• Do valuations of properties.
• Providing tailor made solutions for the clients.
• Negotiate and oversee the whole transaction process until the signature of the final deed.
• Aftersales service.

Profile

• You have a genuine interest in real estate.
• You have a sense of service and customer satisfaction.
• You are a self starter and show great flexibility.
• You are outgoing, social and a keen networker.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Preferably trilingual.
• Prior experience in sales and/or in the luxury industry.
• Accustomed to working with an international and discerning clientele.
• Microsoft office suite.
