In the municipality of Wangerland, approximately three kilometers as the crow flies from the North Sea coast, an approved holiday resort with nine apartments and a solid revenue base is available. In recent years, it has reliably generated annual revenue of approximately €155,000. Following the acquisition, a revenue trajectory of approximately €180,000 per year is achievable in the short term through two specific adjustments; we will discuss the details with you. The complex combines substance, history, and energy efficiency: the main building and annex (built in 1969; a bed and breakfast until 2021) currently house nine apartments, a breakfast kitchen, a laundry room, and a conservatory (built in 2000). An extension from 2003 adds two further units and a solar thermal system. Between the main building and the apartment building stands a warehouse with photovoltaic panels, built in 2008 and leased long-term. Outside, terraces, a jetty, a pond, and several barbecue areas are attractive features; a log cabin (5 x 5 m) completes the offerings.
