Project KAAP:
KAAP's unique location calls for contemporary architecture. And the result is impressive: five iconic residential buildings with their own character and signature that together form a powerful connection. The small-scale and exclusive residential buildings were designed by various architectural firms, each with their own vision of living and design. The parking garage is currently being built under the 5 buildings after which (early 2023) the construction of the buildings will start. The expected delivery for KAAP Blanc is Q4 2024.
KAAP Blanc:
Blanc has been designed by NEXT architects. The building offers a different perspective from every angle. The outside looks tough and sturdy, the inside is bright and comfortable. The glass fronts and the sloping lines of the balconies ensure a smooth transition from inside to outside. Perforated panels will be placed in front of some windows, which provide privacy and special lighting.
Blanc is a small-scale building with 18 apartments, two or three per floor. The large balconies, where you can lounge and eat outside, give the building a beautiful interplay of lines. The balconies continue like a frame along all facades. This means that you can open the sliding doors in almost every room for a real outdoor feeling.
Layout:
The large windows from floor to ceiling provide a lot of light and provides a nice spacious feeling in this apartment of approx. 88 m2. The apartment is located on the corner on the street side of the complex and has 2 bedrooms.
By elevator and/or staircase you reach the second floor where you enter the apartment. The hall provides access to all rooms.
